Refund Policy

We happily offer a free 30-day trial of our Buddies system.

 

We’re certain you’ll love Buddies, but if, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with a product, simply email us within 30 days of your purchase at support@buddiesforlife.co.uk quoting your order details and reason for your dissatisfaction.
We will then organise a refund of the product cost. 

You should expect to receive your partial refund, minus postage costs, within 5-10 business days of emailing us with the required details.

In most cases, it is not cost effective for you to return goods. Instead, we will usually ask that you dispose of the products in a sustainable way.
