Free UK shipping on orders over £20

Order Processing

Processing orders​

  • Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are usually processed and dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12pm or over the weekend are processed and dispatched the next working day.

  • Bank holidays may add up to 2 extra working days to processing times.

Delivery

We ship orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 for UK deliveries.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International.

Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail is responsible for delivery and tracking updates.
