Timescales

Processing orders

Orders placed before noon Monday to Friday will usually be processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after noon will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

Bank Holidays may cause a delay of up to 2 business days.

Pricing and Terms

We deliver via Royal Mail and mirror their small parcel service, either Standard or Tracked and also offer their International service outside the UK.

Small Parcels not exceeding: Height + Width + Depth no greater than 90cm

with no single side longer than 60cm Weight up to 2kg.

For requirements outside of these parameters, please contact us directly to request a price (including trade sales).

Their online prices are simply passed on without adding any margin.
